Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole II

Ingredients

  • 2 bags frozen broccoli cauliflower mix
  • 2 cans (20oz) cans cream of celery soup
  • 12 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 In medium bowl add soup and cheese. Heat in microwave 1 minute, stir. Continue heating for 30 seconds until cheese has melted, stirring each time.
Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions.
Mix veggies, soup mix, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish.
Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers. Pour over top. Bake 30 minutes.

Crock pot directions
Pour both bags of frozen veggies into crock pot.
Prepare soup and cheese as above. Pour over veggies. Cook on high 2-3 hours until bubbling.
Place cracker mixture on baking sheet. Place under broiler for 90 seconds. Stir place under broiler for 30 additional seconds.
After veggies are cooked, pour crackers on top and serve.
