Carmel Popcorn/ Karen's

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Stick or 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Bring this mixture to a boil and boil for 3 mins.
  • Add 1/2 tsp Baking Soda and stir.
  • Pour over 15 Cups of popped corn.
  • Put the coated corn in a paper sack or big container that fit in your microwave.
  • Cook for 3 more mins. Stir after each min. to prevent burnt spots.
  • Spread out to cool.
