Ingredients

    oz. bone-in thighs

  • chopped scallions for garnish

  • White sesame seeds for garnish

  • sauce

  • 4

    tablespoons San-J Reduced Sodium Tamari

  • 1 1/2

    tablespoons sugar

  • 1

    tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1

    teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/2

    teaspoon white sesame

Directions

Pan-fry the chicken on a skillet, with skin-side down. Pan-fry both sides of the chicken until they are nicely browned. Mix all the ingredients for the Sauce in a small bowl, stir to combine well.
