My Basic Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 jar grilled artichokes, undrained
  • Roasted garlic to taste (about 1 large whole garlic)
  • Paprika
  • Smoked paprika
  • Cumin
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Parsley
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Sriracha sauce

Preparation

Step 1


Place the artichokes, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, sriracha sauce, and all of the spices in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add in the garbanzo beans. Blend until smooth.
