Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp wooster sauce
- salt & pepper
- Salad Dressing:
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tblsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- Mixed salad greens
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients. Place chicken in a ziploc bag, pour marinade over chicken. Let sit at least 30 minutes and up to 3 hours. Grill chicken until juices run clear; timing varies with thickness of chicken. Approximately 5-8 min. per side. Wisk together salad dressing ingredients. Set aside. Prepare salad greens, place on plates. Cut up grilled chicken, place on salad greens. Drizzle with salad dressing to taste.
