Ingredients
- 16 lb turkey
- 2 loaves bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 container chopped celery
- 1/2 container chopped onion
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Break bread and wet (work in batches). Add eggs. Sauté celery and onions. Add to bread mixture. Add salt and pepper put in frying pan for a few minutes to get water out.
Take neck and gizzards out. Wash turkey and dry really well. Put stuffing in both ends. Secure neck with clips.
Bake as directed
