Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. peanut butter
  • 3/4 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 lbs. chocolate

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients, mixing well. Roll into 1/2 inch balls. Melt chocolate Ina double boiler pan. Fill petit four sized liners half full with melted chocolate. Only fill 20 liners so chocolate doesn't harden before filling centers. Put centers in, press into chocolate. Cover with more chocolate and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

Note: refrigerating filling overnight makes it easier to shape into balls.
