Ingredients
- 2 lbs.ground beef
- 1 large onion,chopped
- 2 1/2 cups catsup
- 5 hot dogs,ground
- 4 Tbs.cumin
- 3 Tbs.chili powder
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp.garlic powder
- salt
- pepper

Step 1
In a large skillet brown ground beef and onion.Stir in catsup,ground hot dogs,cumin,chili powder, mustard and garlic powder,and salt and pepper to taste.Bring mixture to boil;reduce heat and simmer covered,30 minutes or until sauce is thick and flavors are blended.Makes about two quarts.
