May’s Turkey Corn Flake Stuffing

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn flakes (crushed a little)
- 2 tbsp. matzoh meal
- 1 small onion, grated
- 3 carrots, grated
- 2 stalks celery, grated
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together in a bowl. If you find it too dry, add a bit more oil.
If you find it too wet, add a bit more matzoh meal. Stuff the bird.
