Ingredients
- Dill butter:
- 3 tblsp clarified butter
- 4 fresh salmon slices
- 4 slices thin white toast, lightly buttered
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 lb unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup finely minced fresh dill weed
- 2 tblsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Add dill weed and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Melt clarified butter in large skillet. Saute salmon over medium high heat 2 minutes on each side. Place bread on 4 heated plates, top with salmon and season with salt and pepper. Serve at once with dill butter on the side.
