Cilantro Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. Ramen Noodles (throw away spice package)
  • 1/4 cup sliced shallots
  • 2 t. canola oil
  • 1 t. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 T. Low salt Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Blanch noodles in boiling water and run under cold. Use salad spinner to remove water from noodles after cooled. Heat oils in large nonstick over medium-high heat. Add shallots and saute until soft (2 mins.) Deglaze skillet with soy and add noodles and toss. Season with salt and sprinkle with cilantro.
