  • 2 POUND BABY CARROTS
  • 1/4 CUP KRAFT LIGHT CATALINA DRESSING
  • 1/4 CUP MAPLE-FLAVORED PANCAKE SYRUP
  • 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
  • 1/2 CUP COARSELY CHOPPED PECANS OR NUT
  • OF CHOICE

Preparation

Step 1

COOK: CARROTS IN BOILING WATER IN LARGE SAUCEPAN 12 TO 14 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER; DRAIN.
BRING DRESSING AND SYRUP TO BOIL IN SAME SAUCEPAN ON MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING FREQUENTLY. STIR IN CARROTS; COOK UNTIL GLAZE IS THICKENED, STIRRING FREQUENTLY.
ADD: BUTTER; STIR UNTIL MELTED. STIR IN NUTS.
