Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked wild rice
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • Half cup of mayo
  • Chopped onion and celery
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil wild rice in 6 cups of water for 45 minutes. Drain rice. Mix all ingredients together when and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
