  • 6 unwrapped caramels cut into small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp. water
  • 10 cups popper low-fat microwave popcorn

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. In a microwave safe bowl combine unwrapped caramels, corn syrup and water. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 40 seconds; stir and return to microwave for 30 seconds. Pour caramel mixture over 10 cups popper low-fat microwave popcorn in a bowl. Mist a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread popcorn evenly on pan. Bake 4-6 minutes.
