Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground beef (extra lean ground turkey if counting points)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
- 15 oz beef stock
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoons pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 10 ounce spaghetti sauce
- 4 ounces pasta (excl pasta when counting points)

Directions
Brown beef or turkey in a skillet.
Drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with everything except pasta.
Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
Precook pasta al dente and last 30 min on high or 1 hour on low, add to soup
For counting points, soup is so flavorful you don't miss the pasta
