Sundried tomato tilapia

4 tilapia fillets. Fairly heavily olive oil the bottom of the darker pan add freshly grated Parmesan to the bottom. Put fish on top of that. Lightly pour olive oil over over fish add salt pepper and oregano. Sprinkle many Sun dried tomatoes on. Cook at 375 for 10-11 minutes. Cut up 3 tomatoes and mix with chopped green onion and salt and pepper. Put on top of cooked fish and top with Parmesan and fresh lemon juice.
