SAUTE ONION AND CELERY IN BUTTER UNTIL ONION IS CLEAR.
COOK SAUSAGE UNTIL JUST DONE.
BEAT EGGS SLIGHTLY.
NOW, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND BAKE AT 350 UNTIL INTERNAL TEMP. IS ABOUT 165 DEGREES. MAY BE BAKED IN THE TURKEY, BUT CHECK TURKEY BAKING DIRECTIONS FOR TIME TO BAKE TURKEY WITH STUFFING. ENJOY!

I JUST EYEBALL THE BROTH, EGGS AND BUTTER DEPENDING ON HOW WET THE MIXTURE IS. IF TOO DRY, I JUST ADD MORE LIQUIDS. I ALSO TASTE TEST IT BEFORE BAKING IT.
