Ingredients

  • 2 jars maraschino cherries
  • 4 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Fudge Filling
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 3 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Fudge Filling:
Beat cream cheese and vanilla in small bowl until smooth, slowly pour in corn syrup beating until well blended. Add chocolate; beat until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until well blended.

Heat oven to 350 degrees
1. Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

2. Stir sugar into melted chocolate. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour. Fill mini muffin tins 2/3 full.

3. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool slightly in tins, loosen edges with knife and remove from pan. Make slight indentation in top of brownie. Let cool completely.

4. Prepare chocolate filling and lay out cherries on paper towel. Combine powder sugar with milk to make a thing glaze.

5. Pipe fudge filling into indentation, press cherry on top an drizzle with glaze
