Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

These are the best Peanut Butter eggs. Not too sweet. Excellent dipped in dark chocolate.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tablespoons and 2 Teaspoons milk
- 8 oz. melting choc.
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, butter, and milk until blended.
Shape mixture into 5 (3 oz.) eggs. Freeze for one hour.
Dip eggs into melted chocolate. First dip bottom half of egg. Allow to harden. Then dip top half of egg.
