Toast Cut Outs

Great for following any holiday theme.

Ingredients

• Bread, sliced
• Eggs
• Cookie cutter

Preparation

Step 1

Using cookie cutter, cut center of bread and then toast. Remove cut out and set on plate.

Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat. Place toasted bread slice in skillet, and cook until underside is lightly browned.

Flip over, and fit cookie cutter coated with cooking spray back into cut out area. Crack egg into cookie cutter.

Cover skillet, and cook until egg set, about 2-3 minutes.

Use tongs to remove cutter, and transfer to plate.
