Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stick celery

Preparation

Step 1

Pound steak with flour. In pressure cooker, put Wesson oil.
Brown steak on both sides, with lid off.
Place vegetables around steak. Pour tomatoes over all.
Close pressure cooker and cook 25 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
Remove lid. Cool slightly.
Serve with rice (optional).
