Ingredients

  • Cole Slaw:
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 8 green onions
  • 8 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 packages of top ramen (crushed)
  • 8 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 8 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 6 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp top ramen spice packet
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Step 1

Brown the sesame seeds, top ramen, slivered almonds, and sunflower seeds in hot oven for 6-8 minutes. Set aside to cool, then add cabbage. Can be done the day before.

Mix together all of the dressing ingredients. Can be done the day before. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I guess when you are ready to eat the cole slaw, put it all together.

Add cooked chicken if you want to have chicken in your cole slaw.

Eat the Chinese cole slaw.
