Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. softened butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Filling:
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Step 1
Heat oven to 350º. Blend together crust ingredients then press in bottom & up sides of an 8" spring form pan. For filling: beat cream cheese & sugar til fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in sour cream; stir til smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 60-70 minutes or til firm. Turn off oven; leave door slightly open & leave cake in oven for 1 hour. Cool in pan. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling.
