Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil tablespoon measure. Drop meat mixture by heaping spoonfuls into skillet in batches and brown on both sides, turning often and adding more butter if necessary, about 15-20 minutes. Transfer to heated platter and serve.
