Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 Cup Marsala Wine
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry
- Fry mushrooms in 2 Tbsp butter. Add spices to flour and coat meat. Fry the chicken/veal in a combination of butter and olive oil.
- When cooked add the wine and sherry.
