  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cup Marsala Wine
  • 1/4 cup cooking sherry
  • Fry mushrooms in 2 Tbsp butter. Add spices to flour and coat meat. Fry the chicken/veal in a combination of butter and olive oil.
  • When cooked add the wine and sherry.
