Peaches 'N Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1/3 C Flour
  • 5 Medium Peaches,
  • peeled & sliced
  • 5 about 5 cups
  • 1 C Whipping cream
  • EGG PASTRY BELOW
  • Make this first.
  • 2 C Flour
  • 2/3 C + 2 Tbsp.
  • shortening
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp. Cold Water

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 425º then 350º 9X13 Pan
Heat oven to 425.
Prepare egg pastry. Roll into
rectangle 14X10, with floured
stockinet covered rolling pin.
Fold in half and gently place
in pan. Press into bottom and
up the sides of the pan.
Mix the sugar and flour;
toss with peaches. Spread
over the pastry. Pour cream
over peaches; sprinkle with
cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350º.
Bake 25-30 minutes until
cream is partially set.

**NOTE you can use
1(29oz) can of peaches,
drained. Spread peaches
on pastry. Mix sugar
and flour; sprinkle over
peaches.**
