Chocolate Fancies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 T cream
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 cups flour
• 1 square (1 oz) chocolate, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening and sugar until light.
Beat in the egg. Add the chocolate, cream and vanilla.
Add flour and salt to creamed mixture.
Fill the cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
