Ingredients
- 1 22oz Becks Lager (i prefer dark)
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 3 shallots, finely diced
- 2 T honey
- 2 t sea saly
- 1 habanero pepper, halved and seeded (use gloves!)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, whisking well to dissolve honey and salt. Marinate brisket in fridge for 24 to 48 hrs before smoking.
