Meatball and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

  • 16-18 oz frozen package of cooked meatballs
  • 1/2 of a 16oz package of loose packed frozen broccoli, corn, and red sweet peppers, or other mixed vegetables
  • 14 1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
  • 12 oz jar of mushroom gravy
  • 1/3 c water
  • 1 1/2 t dried basil

Preparation

Step 1

In a crockpot, place cooked meatballs and mixed vegetables.
In a bowl, stir together tomatoes, gravy, water, and basil. Pour over meatballs.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
