tsp. yellow mustard
thick slices brioche, challah or egg bread
tbsp. shredded mozzarella
thin slices lower-sodium turkey
2 to 4
tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat waffle maker. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on 1 side of each slice of bread. Top 1 slice with mozzarella, turkey, pickles, then Swiss. Top with second slice of bread. Spray waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray. Place sandwich in heated waffle maker, pressing the top down firmly. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is deep golden brown.
