In a food processor combine butter, pecans, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Cover and process until nuts are finely chopped.
Divide mixture into thirds. Place each portion on waxed paper or plastic wrap; shape into a log about 1 ¼ inches diameter. Wrap and chill for 1-24 hours. Serve with pancakes, waffles or French toast.
