  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 3 tblsp blue caracao
  • 2 tbls pomegranate liqueur
  • Rainbow sherbet
  • Seltzer

Step 1

In pitcher combine liquids and chill. To serve, pour into 2 glasses or beakers; add small scoops of sherbet and top off with splashes of seltzer.
