Ingredients
- Chopped Pecans
- 1 1/4 CUP OIL
- 4 EGGS
- 2 CUPS SUGAR
- 2 TSP CINAMMON
- 1 TSP SALT
- 3 CUPS SLICED CARROTS SLOWLY
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TSP SODA
- 2 TSP BAKING POWDER

Preparation
Step 1
1. Chop pecans and set aside
2. In mixer mix oil, eggs, sugar, cinammon and salt. Add carrots slowly to mix and beat for 5 seconds.
3. Add flour, soda and baking powder to wet ingredients, mix well. Add in pecans
4. Pour batter into greased bake pan
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
6. Can add icing if you like
