Northwoods Inn Creamy Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup cour cream
• 3 garlic clives, minced
• 1 tbls sweet hungarian paprika
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp sugar
• 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill at least 3-4 hrs to let flavors meld. Best served tossed onto chopped iceberg lettuce.
