Potatoes - Roasted with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 lb., small red potatoes, quartered
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in a gallon zip-lock. Add oil. Seal bag and toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again.

Bake in ungreased baking pan at 450 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and browned.
