Ingredients

  • 1 box Cheddar Pierogies
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1


Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook pierogies according to the package directions.

In a large skillet brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning and the water called for on the package.

Bring to a simmer until the water is absorbed.

Mix in cooked and drained pierogies and salsa, stir to coat everything.

Top with cheese and cover until melted.

Serve with desired toppings.
