Ingredients
- portobello mushrooms
- extra virgin olive oil
- chopped garlic
- salt
- Italian seasonings
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- hamburger buns
Preparation
Step 1
Wash mushrooms with a damp paper towel, and cut of stem, making an X in the stem with a knife.
Spray cooking sheet with sides with Pam Olive Oil, and place mushrooms on sheet gill side up.
Finely chop garlic and sprinkle over mushrooms.
Sprinkle with sea salt and ground Italian seasonings.
Drizzle with some EVOO.
Cook for 8 minutes, sprinkle tops with shredded cheese, and cook until cheese has melted.
Serve on buns.
