  • Dressing:
  • Mixture of salad greens
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Cooked Chicken tossed with fajita seasoning or taco seasoning mixed with water to desired consistency
  • Black beans
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 T. milk
  • 1/2 T. white vinegar
  • 1 t. minced jarred jalapenos
  • 1/4 t. parsley
  • 1/8 t. hot sauce
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. paprika
  • 1/8 t. cayenne pepper (little less)
  • 1/4 t. cumin
  • 1/8 t. garlic powder
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • Garnish: Guacamole, sour cream, olives, crushed tortilla chips or strips

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange salad ingredients on large plates, can prepare ahead and cover in fridge. Mix all salad dressing ingredients with whisk, chill for at least 4 hours. Let each person drizzle their own dressing. Dressing can also be used for taco salad using beef or chicken.
