Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Mixture of salad greens
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Diced Tomatoes
- Sliced Cooked Chicken tossed with fajita seasoning or taco seasoning mixed with water to desired consistency
- Black beans
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 T. milk
- 1/2 T. white vinegar
- 1 t. minced jarred jalapenos
- 1/4 t. parsley
- 1/8 t. hot sauce
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/8 t. paprika
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper (little less)
- 1/4 t. cumin
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1/8 t. pepper
- Garnish: Guacamole, sour cream, olives, crushed tortilla chips or strips

Step 1
Arrange salad ingredients on large plates, can prepare ahead and cover in fridge. Mix all salad dressing ingredients with whisk, chill for at least 4 hours. Let each person drizzle their own dressing. Dressing can also be used for taco salad using beef or chicken.
