Ingredients
- 2 jars (6.5 oz each) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup (3 oz) grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- Fresh vegetable dippers (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Combine artichokes, spinach, sour cream, and mayonnaise in bowl. Add parmesan cheese and garlic; mix well and spoon into a baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers, if desired.
Makes 3 cups (about 24 servings)
