Pumpkin Cake/ Phyllis Shortenhaus

Ingredients

• Beat together:
• 4 Eggs
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1 Cup Crisco Oil
• Sift together:
• 2 Cups Flour
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• Then add:
• 2 Cups Pumpkin
• Icing:
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 1 Stick Butter
• 3 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and pour in large cookie sheet/jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. or more.

Mix icing and spread over when cooled.
