cheesy base for white pizza

this is a tasty cheesy base for white pizza, calzone or spread on toasted crusty bread slices

Ingredients

• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp. garlic minced
• 1/2 tsp. ground basil
• 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
• 1/4-1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

mix cheeses, and spices together.
add enough milk to allow mixture to be spreadable.
let flavours blend a few hours or overnight.
slather on pizza base, or calzone. add pizza toppings and bake as usual.
or
toast italian bread slices, and slather with cheese mixture
