Angel Bars/ Vi's

Ingredients

• 1 1-step Angel Food Cake Mix
• 1 can Pie Filling (Lemon or Cherry is good)

Preparation

Step 1

Gently mix together by hand the cake mix and pie filling. Do not use a mixer.
Spread in a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins. You may drizzle a frosting of skim milk and powdered sugar over the top.
