Chicken, Shredded Italian

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 8 oz. bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 t dried basil
  • 1/2 t dried thyme
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chicken and dressing in crockpot and cook 6-8 hours on low. Remove chicken from crock and remove skin. Tear into pieces. Then combine remaining ingredients.

After heating these in a pan, drainn the crock of 1/3 of the liquid. Add the melted ingredients and the chicken to the crock. Cook for 1 hour longer on low. Sever over angel hair pasta.
