- Loaf of bread
- 12 oz wedge Brie
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chile flakes
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp cracked pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and put in a loaf of bread to keep warm.
Cut brie wedge in half horizontally. Put in a gratin dish cut sides up. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle over cheese. Bake until cheese is just melted, about 5 minutes. Cover cheese and bread with foil to keep warm until serving.
