Meatloaf, Vicki's Salsa chip

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1 large bag Chips
• 1 large jar salsa
• 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Crush the bag of chips into small pieces. Mix chips, salsa, cheese and eggs together with ground beef. Bake at 350 deg for approximately 1 hour. Top with glaze made from ketchup and brown sugar, if desired.
