Stuffed Zucchini

Ingredients

• 2 lbs zucchini
• 1 tsp salt
• onion
• 2/3 cup marinara sauce
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 lb hamburger
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Halve zucchini. Scoop out centers leaving 1/4 " shell. place in shallow dish. coarsely chop zucchini center , mix with next 8 ingredients. Spoon into shells & top with sauce. Bake at 350o for 30 min. Melt cheese over the top.
