• 1 tsp. instant coffee granules
• 1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3 tbs. devil's food cake mix
• 1 tbs. fat-free sour cream
• 1 tbs. fat-free liquid egg egg substitute
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp. baking powder
• 1 no-cal sweetener packet
• dash of salt
• non-stick cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Place coffee and chips in microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray. Add other ingredients and mix well. Microwave fo 1 min., 45 sec. Cool slightly and enjoy!
