Honey “Baked” Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 good-sized chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • salt and pepper, optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and add chicken.
2. Mix butter, honey, mustard, and curry powder together in a small bowl. Pour sauce over chicken.
3. Cover and cook on High 2-3 hours, or on Low 4-5 hours, or just until chicken is tender but not dry or over-cooked.
4. Serve over rice.
