Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 2/3 cups blueberries

Preheat oven to 400F. Grease 12 muffin tins. Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Make a well and add buttermilk, butter and egg into well. Stir until just combined. Fill each cup 2/3 full with batter. Bake 20-25 minutes.
